As a WA State approved supervisor, I offer clinical supervision and consultation to folks moving toward licensure as well as consultation for folks who are already licensed. I have worked and can offer supervision around working clinically or in case management realms with folks in refugee resettlement, community mental health.

My supervision style is very collaborative, strengths focused, and focused on unlearning many of the constrictions that were placed upon us within our schooling. I believe my role as a supervisor is to support you in find life and meaning in the work while maintaining your own dignity and worth. I have seen in my own career the work overtake so many wonderful skilled folks so as while our time will be co created there will always be attunement on my end to you as a whole ass human and how those parts are (or at times are not) working together for your own wellbeing and sustainability. I offer a warm presence that will hold loving accountability and encourage deep engagement with critical analysis around how systems are impacting you, your work and the folks that you are working with. In addition, I can offer additional politicized somatic supervision around racialized whiteness and working with somatics of race.

Fee

Cost for a supervision session is $180. I have some sliding scale spots that are available for QTBIPOC, immigrant or community mental health providers or similar positions where their employment does not offer supervision towards licensure.
